As you know, the third Internal Medicine Update was originally scheduled for March 5–7, 2020. However, given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it is unlikely that an in-person event is feasible in the near future. Therefore, we have decided to reinvent IMU as a virtual event and it will take place from November 19 – 21, 2020.

Participants will hear from the experts on the recent advances in internal medicine in both outpatient medicine and acute care. An outstanding international faculty including the President of the Society of Hospital Medicine in the U.S. and local faculty from different medical specialties has been assembled to share their knowledge and experience. Lectures, workshops (including use of ultrasound) and discussions will focus on multidisciplinary approaches in Primary Care, Lifestyle Medicine, Inpatient and Acute Care (Hospital Medicine), as well as Subspecialty Care.
